Once you identify a hazard simply describe the cause, assess its severity and likelihood of occurrence, HACCP Manager Software will then calculate its significance and invoke the decision tree to enable you to further evaluate the hazard and specify your control measures. Once identified all hazards are then automatically flagged in the relevant Standard Operating Procedure, Process Flow and all affected Job Descriptions.
